3G in months

According to the CEO of AT&T Mobility, Ralph de la Vega, "I think that you're going to see our integrated devices be 3G devices in the not-too-distant future, and I mean months."  This was said at CTIA 2008 to a Gizmodoreports reporter.  Also, T-Mobile is offering subsidies on the 8GB iPhone in Germany.  German sales have been disappointing.  My opinion is that this is an effort to move inventory so they will not be sitting on old stock for the release of the 3G in the coming months.
